Recently opened, the new hotel offers a range of fantastic dishes which include Chinese and Italian cuisine. There is a popular afternoon tea and dessert service at the Chocolate Library, and reservations for this must always be booked early. A new bar is expected to open shortly inside this hotel as well. Business has been brisk since the hotel opened, and it was helped along by visitors who were diverted to Hong Kong by the recent Japanese earthquake. The most luxurious suite in the hotel, the presidential suite, was created by a famous designer and spans close to 4,000 square feet.
