Cheap Hotel Rooms Available In South Africa Post FIFA World Cup.
A sector reported on Tuesday that South Africans can have the pleasure of cheap hotel rooms for the upcoming holidays as prices have gone down due to Fifa World Cup 2010 hangover. Dr. Nikki Forster, the hospitality and gaming leader at Pw CSA, said that their strategies are to maximize occupancy levels while monitoring rates of hotel rooms.
Dr. Foster further added that the accommodation sector in SA will see progress in the coming years and in average hotel rooms, the rates will be low. The PwC report analyzed revenue from the hospitality industry, including hotel rooms, guest houses, bed and breakfast, etc. The reports say that in response to the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the supply side of the hospitality industry, responded to the growing demand for hotel rooms.
